Head of Operations
Location: Piccadilly Gate, Manchester
Salary: £66,475 (pro rata) per annum. Rising to £67,140 (pro rata) per annum on successful completion of probation. Part-time minimum four working days.

Are you a payroll expert with a passion for leading high-performing teams and delivering excellent service? We’re looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead and develop our payroll function, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of pay to our valued workforce.
As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the payroll process, managing a skilled team, and ensuring compliance with legislative and organisational requirements. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, HR, and Finance colleagues to support business needs and continuous improvement.
