We keep speedboats moving… as well as many other boats! We’re a fast-growing online supplier of aftermarket engine parts, based in Sheffield, next to a river.
We’re looking for a Head of Operations to elevate our business. Currently, we have a turnover of £2.5m with plans to double this in the next two years.
You don’t need to be an engineer, but an interest in engines would be advantageous.
You should be familiar with tech and have experience using e-commerce tools to achieve commercial results.
Most importantly, you’ll be a commercially savvy problem-solver and project manager, with a strong track record in both areas.
As Head of Operations, you will lead a team of talented high performers and foster an environment for their best work. We pride ourselves on our ideas-led, collaborative culture, and you’ll help make it even better.
You may not have operated at a senior level yet, but you are ready to take on this role in a small but efficient operation with an ambitious scale-up plan.
In exchange for your talent, we offer a full-time salary between £60k and £70k, plus profit sharing and a long-term incentive scheme.
