The Head of Operations will possess excellent leadership capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and practical operational know-how. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and grow within an organisation delivering impactful work across Great Britain.
What’s got you to where you are today will be enhanced with tailored support and training to help drive operational success and deliver consistently high-quality outcomes across a diverse range of nationwide energy efficiency programmes. This will require a deep understanding of customer needs, commissioning clients, and industry expectations, alongside expertise in retrofit, energy efficiency, and customer service. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in operations management, including process optimisation, efficiency improvements, and quality assurance. You’ll also be skilled at identifying potential risks and developing proactive strategies to keep operations smooth and effective.
You’ll have solid people management experience and know how to bring the best out of a team. A natural self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, you'll build great relationships and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. Your leadership style will create a high-performing, positive environment. Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll also help shape and deliver long-term plans that support the organisation’s broader goals.
