Places Leisure, part of Places for People, seeks a Head of Operational Optimisation to lead smarter, data-led resource management across our multi-site leisure network.

You will improve labour planning, scheduling and forecasting, ensuring the right colleagues and resources are in the right place at the right time to hit operational and commercial goals, while supporting cost transformation and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in labour planning and workforce management.
• Forecasting operational demand into practical labour plans and costs.
• Experience analysing labour and P&L performance to drive action.
• Advanced experience using Excel and Power BI for modelling.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of data-led resource management across multiple sites.
• Identify efficiencies, reduce spend and build robust cost models.
• Support investment decisions with payback and resource data.
