Job summary

EDF seeks a Head of Nuclear Security to lead the security function within Nuclear Services, guiding strategy, governance and regulatory compliance across our fleet of reactors and new-build projects. Based at Gloucester Business Park with a minimum of two days in the office, you will manage a diverse team, engage regulators and government bodies, and drive agile delivery while shaping the security culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security teams at executive level.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with regulators and government bodies.
• Proven delivery in agile environments with security focus.
• Knowledge of relevant security legislation and risk governance.
• DV clearance required or eligible for clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nuclear Security team across Cyber and physical security.
• Deliver on strategic priorities while ensuring site licence compliance.
• Provide security governance and assurance across Nuclear Services operations and projects.
• Build relationships with regulators, government bodies and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with delivery functions to maintain standards and best practices.
