Fast‑growing UK sports and leisure operator is seeking a versatile, hands‑on Head of Marketing to lead brand, growth and customer engagement across multiple sites. This role suits a highly capable all‑rounder who can balance strategy with day‑to‑day execution in a fast‑paced environment.
You will shape the brand, drive membership growth, lead local acquisition activity and deliver a strong calendar of on‑site events and activations. You’ll also manage CRM, partnerships and community outreach—requiring a marketer who can confidently switch between creative, analytical and operational work.
