We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing strategy as we grow across the UK. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Leicester, with flexibility for some remote work.

You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact marketing campaigns, driving user acquisition, expanding brand awareness, and building out key venue partnerships that support our real-world dating experiences.

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Oversee all aspects of marketing including brand, digital, content, events, and partnerships
• Drive consumer and market insights to inform data-led decision-making
• Source, negotiate, and manage venue partnerships to support FateDate️’s in-person activations
• Manage public relations, media outreach, and overall brand storytelling
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations to align messaging and goals
• Track KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and optimise strategies for maximum ROI
• Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing marketing team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing strategy, market planning, and campaign management
• Expertise in market research, sales support, and public relations
• Strong background in venue partnership acquisition and relationship management
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and creative thinking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in the dating, tech, or events industry is a strong plus.
