The Role
Reporting To: Regional Sales Director UK (Dotted Line into the Chief Commercial Officer)
Position: Regional Marketing Manager
This role involves developing and implementing regional marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. A deep understanding of automotive/motorcycle consumer behavior and the competitive landscape is essential. The candidate will collaborate closely with dealership teams, sales departments, and corporate marketing to align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans to boost brand growth and customer acquisition.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
- Work with sales teams to create localized marketing campaigns aligned with Brand HQ guidelines.
- Manage local advertising, promotions, and digital marketing efforts.
- Build strong relationships with dealership partners to support their marketing initiatives.
- Oversee event sponsorships, trade shows, and community engagement programs.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to measure campaign success.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with marketing guidelines.
- Manage budgets to maximize ROI.
- Partner with external agencies, media, and vendors for marketing execution.
Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in automotive or motorcycle sectors.
- Proven experience in regional or multi-location marketing management.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, dealer marketing, digital marketing, social media, and customer engagement.
- Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, corporate teams, and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for regional initiatives.
