Job description

We are looking for a committed and independent Global Field Marketing Manager 100%.

Your responsibilities
  1. Refine and execute comprehensive downstream marketing plans and strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for Medartis’ Upper Extremities portfolio across all regions globally.
  2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends, and leverage insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns for the assigned portfolio.
  3. Collaborate with the wider global marketing team and local sales and marketing organizations to execute GTM plans and new product commercialization.
  4. Assist local sales and marketing teams in developing sales enablement tools, including presentations, collateral, and training materials, to support the selling process.
  5. Monitor and analyze market and competitive trends, providing recommendations for strategy adjustments.
  6. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry influencers, and partners, to enhance brand awareness and advocacy.
  8. Requirements include a university degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent experience; minimum of 5 years in sales and/or marketing within the medtech industry; fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or Spanish is beneficial; strong analytical, intercultural, and communication skills; results-driven attitude; high customer and market orientation; and proficiency in MS Office.
  9. This position is remote, with a flexible workplace within our active European subsidiaries.
