The Challenge: You will lead marketing strategies and execution, working hands-on to create powerful, memorable campaigns and brand experiences. Expect rigorous demands and rewarding outcomes:

• Crafting and executing strategic marketing plans that boldly elevate brand presence.
• Leading ambitious creative initiatives, including high-profile photo shoots, influencer collaborations, and global brand activations.
• Managing PR agencies to deliver significant media exposure and sustained brand storytelling.
• Overseeing digital presence with obsessive attention to detail, ensuring an outstanding customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Protecting and amplifying our brand image—technical luxury delivered with unparalleled standards.

Who You Need to Be:

• Proven leader in luxury or premium brand marketing—fashion, technical apparel, or outdoor industries preferred.
• Experienced in managing complex global brand partnerships.
• Possessing impeccable taste, creativity, and a relentless pursuit of perfection in branding and campaign execution.
• Adept at balancing visionary strategy with intensive hands-on operational delivery.
• Internationally minded, with particular experience in UK and North American markets preferred.
