Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Maintenance for one of our care homes. You will ensure a clean, well-maintained environment for residents and staff, leading a team and liaising with contractors on external works.

The role covers on-site maintenance across building and grounds, with a focus on safety and reliability. The ideal candidate has hands-on property maintenance experience, at least one trade skill, and will work with flexibility in hours.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent are required.
• Hands-on property maintenance experience with at least one trade skill.
• Reliable and flexible in working hours; full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance team and manage day-to-day tasks in the care home and grounds.
• Support General Manager with annual budget planning.
