Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Maintenance for one of our care homes in the United Kingdom. You’ll lead a maintenance team, carry out a wide range of tasks in the building and grounds, and support the General Manager with annual budget planning.

The role requires hands-on trade skills, reliability, a full UK driving licence, IT literacy, and GCSEs in Maths and English. You’ll help create a warm, well-maintained environment that helps residents feel at home.

Qualifications

• Hands-on property maintenance experience.
• At least one trade skill.
• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Reliable and flexible working hours.

Responsibilities
