Job summary

Babcock International is seeking a Head of Future Training Technologies and Innovation to lead the Learning Technology Strategy across the Training Business Unit in the UK. You will identify and deploy digital learning solutions, AI-enabled platforms, and partnerships that improve learner engagement, efficiency, and outcomes.

Based from UK locations with hybrid working, the role involves traveling to customer sites and collaborating with senior leaders to ensure the business remains innovative

Qualifications

• Strong experience in learning technology, digital learning, or training systems.
• Experience translating training or customer requirements into technology solutions.
• Experience evaluating technology products and influencing investment decisions.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Learning Technology Strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend learning technologies and AI-powered platforms.
• Engage with suppliers, customers, and senior stakeholders to assess requirements and influence investment decisions.
• Lead technology implementation activities including business cases, procurement, testing, adoption, and benefits realisation.
• Monitor emerging technology trends to improve learner experience and business performance.
