Job summary

Baringa is seeking an experienced Head of Learning and Development to lead a global function that shapes how colleagues learn, develop and thrive within a fast‑growing tech‑savvy consulting environment.

You will craft and implement a strategy that links learning to growth, culture and client delivery, drive digital and AI‑enabled learning, and partner with senior leaders to raise development impact across the firm.

Qualifications

• Senior experience creating and evolving learning strategies that deliver business impact.
• Understanding of consulting or professional services environments and client delivery pressures.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability for learning outcomes.
• Track record of increasing participation and embedding learning into ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead global L&D strategy and ensure alignment with growth and people-first culture.
• Drive learning adoption, remove barriers, and integrate learning into workflow.
• Oversee digital and AI-enabled learning strategies and L&D technology roadmap.
• Lead, grow and manage a high-performing L&D function with clear goals and measures.
