Job summary

The Private Office LLP is seeking an Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate learning strategies that build organisational capability and leadership excellence. You will lead programmes across leadership development, early careers, regulatory training, and AI readiness, partnering with HRBPs and business leaders to deliver high-impact development solutions.

You will oversee induction, onboarding, and culture-sustaining training while tracking outcomes with learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Professional certifications in L&D, coaching, or leadership development preferred.
• Experience coordinating organisation-wide training programmes, academies, or leadership pipelines.
• Experience with LMS/LXP platforms, digital content creation tools, and AI learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate learning strategies to build capability and leadership excellence.
• Lead key programmes including leadership development, graduate onboarding, and regulatory training.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to identify learning needs and deliver high‑impact solutions.
• Oversee induction, onboarding, and core learning programmes for all staff.
• Coordinate mandatory compliance training and learning analytics tracking.
• Support AI readiness and digital learning transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate programmes through data insights and KPI tracking.
• Manage internal and external providers for development initiatives.
