Job summary

The Law Society is looking for an experienced leader to shape and deliver the organisational learning strategy and annual plan. You will partner with senior leaders and People & Organisational Development to design inclusive, innovative learning that raises capability across the organisation.

You will coach, mentor and develop teams, build learning that integrates into the flow of work, and use data to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• Experienced learning and development professional with a proven track record
• Ability to diagnose capability needs and translate into blended learning solutions
• Strong design and delivery expertise with digital platforms and evaluation
• Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders, managing budgets and priorities
