Job summary

Ipsum is seeking an experienced Head of Learning and Development to lead our HR learning strategy across the business. You will shape and deliver a forward-thinking program that supports growth, leadership development, and capability across all levels.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, manage the L&D team, oversee apprenticeship and graduate pathways, and ensure learning initiatives deliver measurable business impact at Ipsum in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Leadership & Development leadership.
• Strong track record delivering impactful people development strategies.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to align learning with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop group-wide L&D strategy aligned to growth objectives and values.
• Lead, coach and develop the L&D team and delivery of programmes.
• Oversee apprenticeship and graduate programmes including onboarding and funding opportunities.
• Manage LMS and learning frameworks to support workforce development.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and supplier performance to maximise ROI.
