Job summary

St Giles International is seeking a Director of Junior and Family Courses based in the UK. This senior leadership role oversees the strategic direction and execution of junior and family programmes across centres, ensuring high standards, safeguarding, and excellent student experience.

You will manage pre-course and during-course activities, lead staff recruitment, training, and budgeting, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Senior Management to drive growth while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Significant prior experience in a management role within Junior Summer Centres or similar.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Strong safeguarding and compliance knowledge, including accreditation schemes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the strategic direction of Junior and Family courses.
• Plan advanced course delivery including academic provisions and activities.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and staffing levels.
• Coordinate with host institutions, suppliers, and budget control.
