JLGB Head Office in London is seeking a dedicated role to plan, coordinate and deliver core programmes across local groups, schools and DofE. You will weave in delivery sessions with young people while ensuring resources are well arranged and high standards are met.

The role combines office coordination with hands-on delivery, requiring travel across Greater London and occasional UK travel. A DBS check and right to work in the UK are prerequisites.

Formación

• Background in youth work, education, community programmes or outdoor learning.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience delivering sessions to young people desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support programme planning and development across local groups, schools and DofE.
• Coordinate logistics: calendars, staffing, venues, equipment and delivery resources.
• Deliver youth sessions in schools and local groups as required.
• Support delivery of JLGB's kosher and faith-sensitive DofE programme.
• Track attendance, feedback and programme data for reporting and evaluation.
• Support communications to schools, parents, volunteers and partners.
• Work closely with the wider JLGB team to support events and peak delivery periods.
