Job summary

St Leonards is seeking an Assistant Director of Golf to lead the daily golf programme and support the Director of Golf in delivering a high‑quality pathway for pupils. The post holder will manage admissions liaison, travel, competitions and family communications to ensure a well‑organised and supportive experience.

Working 0.5 FTE with flexibility for evenings and weekends, you will coordinate coaching schedules, events, and recruitment activities, maintain strong partnerships with St Andrews

Qualifications

• Experience in sports administration, event coordination or programme management.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with parents and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of the golf programme in line with senior leadership.
• Coordinate admissions, tours, and recruitment activities for prospective pupils and families.
• Manage travel, competitions, and events, and communicate with parents and pupils.
• Oversee coaching schedules and staffing, ensuring alignment with programme standards and safeguarding.
