Job summary

St Giles International is seeking a Director of Junior & Family Courses based in the South of England, near London. You will direct and manage the strategic direction of Junior and Family courses, shaping academic provision and activity programmes while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Senior Management to ensure high standards and strong student experiences.

The role requires a CELTA or equivalent and significant prior management experience in Junior Summer Centres, with the opportunity

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the strategic direction of Junior and Family Courses.
• Plan and deliver academic provisions and activities with high standards.
• Lead recruitment and oversee payroll processes for the junior programs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Senior Management and liaise with partner institutions.
