Job summary

Highgate School is seeking a dynamic senior operational lead to drive people, programmes and operations and to partner with the Director of Development and Alumni Engagement to transform educational opportunities and deliver a defining new chapter in philanthropy at the school. You will be an experienced people manager, shaping the team to deliver the new strategy; turning vision into results.

Qualifications

• Seasoned experience in leading teams and implementing programmes.
• Proven ability to align operations with strategic goals.
• Strong relational and ambassadorial skills for the charity.
• Experience with multi-channel fundraising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a senior operational team within the Development Office.
• Co-create and implement the five-year growth plan for philanthropy.
• Deputise for the Director of Development and Alumni Engagement when needed.
