Oxford International Greenwich London Centre is seeking a proactive Student Services & Social Programme Coordinator to lead student welfare, front-of-house operations, and a dynamic social programme for adult international students.

You will work closely with the Principal and Groups Coordinator to ensure a safe, welcoming environment and a high-quality student experience from enquiry to departure, including administration, reception, and social activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Exceptional organisational skills.
• Ability to work without close supervision and set priorities.
• Ability to deal professionally and courteously with clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of other languages (Desirable)

Responsabilités

• Support daily school operations and liaise with internal departments.
• Lead front desk, greet visitors and manage receptions.
• Support student welfare and safeguarding procedures.
• Handle student records, attendance and visa information.
• Coordinate and run the adult social programme for international students.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote bookings.
• Assist in induction and marketing of social activities.
