Michelle Waterworth Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its Accountancy & Finance division. This warm desk role offers hybrid working, uncapped commission, and high earning potential.

You will work with established PSLs, existing client relationships, and a fast-growing desk with opportunities to develop across clerical, PQ& Qualified roles, and senior hires. The firm supports autonomy and clear progression paths.

Warm Desk | Uncapped Commission | High OTE | Fast-Growing Recruitment Business

£35k-£60k basic depending on experience

Are you an experienced recruiter looking for the flexibility to work hybrid, whilst benefiting from a warm desk, established PSLs, and industry-leading earning potential?

Whilst the immediate requirement is within Accountancy & Finance, we are open to recruiters from any sector background. Experience within Professional Services would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

• Predominantly hybrid working (East Midlands only)
• Ideally two day per week in the office, although this is negotiable for level of experience
