The company provides an end-to-end, on-premise machine supply and breakdown service called Total Care, along with additional products and services. The successful candidate will deliver the Inside sales strategy across multiple verticals and propositions, reporting to the Sales Director. The focus will be on driving growth through creating opportunities using data sources, expanding within existing accounts, and acquiring new customers across various sectors, including SME & Key National accounts, contributing to the business's success measured by orders won.
Attributes required for consideration include knowledge and experience in verticals, strong communication skills, understanding of product and service offerings, planning abilities, and experience in managing sales teams and delivering growth.
Attributes that can be developed include additional industry knowledge and advanced sales skills.
Proven success in growth, succession planning, working with new verticals, and leading sales teams with measurable performance improvements. Experience in strategic selling, leadership, and managing multiple departments is essential.
High performance orientation, resilience, proactive leadership, relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment are key qualities.
