Portfolio are proud to be representing our client, a market-leading professional services consultancy, in their search for a Lead Sales Consultant within the H+S team. We are looking for someone with a Health and Safety background who is looking to break into sales. You will need a solid understanding of H+S to upsell additional services to existing clients. This role does not involve cold calling; you will be speaking with clients who have recently had a H+S audit and received recommendations, such as Fire Risk Assessment. The role offers high earning potential including a monthly bonus and uncapped commission – but you MUST have Health and Safety knowledge!
As a F2F Business Sales Consultant Lead, your role is to sell the F2F product to our client base and assist management in developing and driving sales from the entire F2F BSC team. Your responsibilities include highlighting this premium service to clients, supporting team members, explaining the service's nature and benefits, and ensuring a smooth transition into our Face2Face Services Team once a client agrees to proceed.
F2F Commission is paid at 5% for each completed F2F win. Additionally, a monthly bonus of £500 is payable upon achieving 60 completed wins in a calendar month.
