Job summary

Lanes Group Plc is seeking a Head of Health, Safety, Quality & Environment to lead our HSQE strategy across the UK. You will shape policy, oversee compliance, audits, risk management, and drive continuous improvement to ensure the highest safety, quality and environmental standards.

In this senior role you will manage the HSQE team, partner with senior leadership, report performance to clients and internal stakeholders, and embed a positive safety culture while aligning with industry best

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of HSQE teams and ambitious improvement plans.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, quality and environment regimes.
• Experience in governance, audits, incident investigations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to the HSQE team.
• Oversee environment, health, safety and quality standards.
• Lead HSQE projects and tender support.
• Drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Support BMS implementation and regulatory updates.
• Deliver HSQE monthly performance reports to clients and group.
