Job summary

Quickline Communications is seeking a Head of HSEQ to lead our health, safety, environment and quality strategy across the UK. You will drive continuous improvement, manage our ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 frameworks, and mentor a high-performing HSEQ team to embed best practices across all functions.

You will partner with senior leaders to provide governance, assurance and risk mitigation, ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a dynamic telecommunications environment.

Qualifications

• Significant senior HSEQ leadership experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, utilities or similar operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and risk management.
• Excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) strategy across Quickline and embed best practice.
• Own and continually improve ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 management systems; ensure audit readiness.
• Oversee risk-based assurance activities, inspections and investigations; drive corrective actions.
• Develop the HSEQ team and promote a proactive safety and quality culture.
• Partner with senior leaders and external stakeholders to provide governance and assurance.
