Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Head of HR Services to lead the HR Services team across the UK & Ireland, owning payroll, HR systems and service delivery. You will drive automation and simplification of pay processes, and pilot an HRIS transformation over the next two years.

With experience in high-volume payroll and UK employment law, you will ensure compliant, accurate pay for shift-based and salaried staff, while managing budgets and coordinating with IT and vendors to deliver scalable HR services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume payroll for shift, hourly and salaried colleagues.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll transformation, including SAP.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll and employment law, including NMW compliance.
• Ability to connect HR, payroll and operational systems with IT/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop HR Services team of ~20 people.
• Run payroll and ensure accurate, timely, compliant pay for all staff.
• Oversee HRIS transformation and ensure integrated time, payroll and HR systems."
• Maintain SLAs, data reporting and manage budgets & suppliers.
• Present project status to SLT and People & Culture leadership.
