Servier is seeking a proactive Payroll & HR Coordinator to independently manage end-to-end payroll and benefits administration for the UK and Ireland. You will own the monthly payroll cycle with our outsourced provider (ADP), ensure compliance with PAYE, NI, pensions, and auto-enrolment, and manage HR data across SuccessFactors and ADP iHCM.

The role also covers HR administration, reporting, onboarding/offboarding, and data integrity, with opportunities to grow into recruitment and development

Formación

• Proven experience in a Payroll and HR administrative role.
• Strong familiarity with UK and Irish employment legislation and payroll statutory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of end-to-end payroll cycle for UK and Ireland with outsourced provider.
• Act as primary liaison with ADP and ensure accuracy of payroll reports.
• Manage HR data across systems with GDPR compliance.
• Oversee pension auto-enrolment and group benefits administration.
• Provide payroll and benefits guidance to employees and respond to queries.
