Working with a globally known professional services organisation, reporting to the CPO, heading up all HR operations, transformation and projects.
You'll be leading an HR Operations team, overseeing all improvement, transformation, and projects in addition to BAU activities. Projects include systems implementation, performance management, and HR data reporting. You will lead all senior stakeholder relationships across the HR team and business partners. Your responsibilities include designing an effective operating model with continuous process, policy, and procedure improvements. You will manage day-to-day operations across Reward, HR Operations, Compensation, and Systems Analysts.
It is essential that you demonstrate experience managing global HR programs within large organizations, with a track record of guiding companies through organizational changes over time. You should be agile, capable of scaling projects and delivering results to partner-level stakeholders. Recent experience (last 4+ years) within professional or financial services firms is required. Experience with HRIS system implementations such as Workday or SuccessFactors is necessary. This role is suitable for someone currently operating at a Director or Head of level with leadership experience in HR Operations teams.
Opportunity to work for a globally recognized professional services firm. International travel is required approximately every 3 to 6 months. Flexible working options are available.
