Job summary

VoCoVo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the vision, strategy and long-term roadmap for its hardware-focused product portfolio. You will balance cost, reliability and ease of install while guiding a team of product managers and collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing and operations.

In this hybrid remote role with weekly travel to our UK offices, you will anchor a product area and drive alignment across domains to deliver customer value and commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining and delivering product strategy in Tech B2B SaaS, IoT, hardware or hardware-enabled software.
• Experience leading Product Managers and guiding their development.
• Ability to translate long-term vision into multiple product roadmaps.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influencing.
• Data-driven approach with product metrics and commercial data.

Responsibilities

• Define and own vision, strategy and long-term roadmap for the Product Portfolio.
• Set direction across multiple product domains to ensure coherence.
• Own investment and prioritisation decisions balancing outcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Build partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations.
• Provide Product leadership aligning Engineering and Delivery.
• Own an anchor Product area with close customer engagement.
• Represent team in executive forums and customer engagements.
