Job summary

Converge in London is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Sensing, setting the roadmap for embedded sensors, hardware, and related software, and driving commercial performance. Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage third‑party partners, and work with R&D to translate early research into scalable, valuable solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading hardware/software products end-to-end from concept to launch and scaling.
• Experience managing hardware deliveries with third-party partners to maximize outcomes.
• Technical familiarity with embedded systems, sensor hardware, IoT products, or similar.
• Strong product instincts translating customer insight into actionable roadmaps.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and direction of the product portfolio with a clear vision and measurable outcomes.
• Balance make vs. partner vs. buy options as the portfolio evolves and optimize decisions.
• Set, communicate and own OKRs for the portfolio and align with stakeholders.
• Take full accountability for the portfolio’s P&L, driving revenue and margin while managing costs across hardware and software.
• Set and execute the product roadmap, translating strategy into well-scoped initiatives for engineering teams.
