The Role
This Head of Growth role is a bit of a hybrid — not just your standard performance or brand role. This person needs to be data-driven, yes, but also someone who gets loyalty, understands delivery partners (like Just Eat/Deliveroo), and knows how to bring customers into physical restaurants, not just drive online growth.
You’ll be leading a small but mighty team, working cross-functionally with brand, ops, tech and commercial, and be the key person driving:

The Person
You’ve got an incredible backround in marketing, a hospitality or QSR background and a real passion for building data-led campaigns that don’t just look good, but actually move the needle.
You're probably a Senior Manager ready to step up, or already at Head of level and looking for a more dynamic, fast-paced brand. You’re comfortable being both strategic and executional — rolling up your sleeves is second nature.
