Job summary

Fifth Dimension AI is seeking a Head of Growth in London to shape growth strategy and lead a cross-functional team across sales, product and customer success. You will own the GTM plan, target segments and messaging while running experiments to identify scalable ways to grow pipeline and revenue.

You'll work directly with the founders to prioritise customers, define the value proposition, and allocate budget and resources. A bias for data-driven decision making and experimentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Set and delivered growth or GTM strategy for an early-stage or scaling B2B software business.
• Built a growth function or established a new route to market.
• Made decisions about target customers, positioning, channels and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth strategy and go-to-market plan tied to company revenue goals.
• Identify segments, buyers, use cases and markets with strongest opportunity.
• Sharpen positioning, messaging and evidence of customer value with sales and product teams.
• Build a prioritised programme of GTM experiments across targets, channels and sales approaches.
• Define what experiments should teach us and how we'll judge them.
• Decide what to scale, adapt, or stop and shape outbound, inbound, content, events, partnerships and ABM programs.
• Partner with sales on opportunity quality and conversion; with product on adoption and advocacy.
• Set growth targets and connect activity to pipeline, revenue and efficiency.
