Job summary

You'll be data-driven, comfortable using KPIs to boost sales, stock availability, and customer satisfaction while coaching leaders, handling complex people matters, and ensuring inclusive leadership across a fast-paced retail

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of food managers to manage the grocery shop floor.
• Execute trading events and partner with store leadership to win in seasonal peaks.
• Own store operations in the absence of the store manager and coach for high standards.
• Ensure compliance with processes, safety and high standards of shop floor experience.
• Manage a large team, ensuring coverage, performance and respectful people management.
