Sainsbury's is seeking a Lead Food Manager to steer a high-performing team on the grocery shop floor. You will be responsible for store operations in the manager's absence, modelling high standards, and driving safety and efficiency across the food hall.

You will lead a large workforce, ensuring colleagues are engaged, trained, and available on the shop floor. Your data-driven approach will translate KPI insights into improved customer experiences and store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to drive KPI performance and customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable making decisions in the store in the absence of senior leadership.

Responsibilities
