Qualifications

• Experience leading a specialist environmental consulting or loss adjusting business.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into practical business plans.
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute on strategic growth plans for the Environmental business.
• Lead with a people-centric approach focusing on hiring, retaining and developing top talent.
• Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, communication, empowerment, reward and coaching.
• Translate strategy into practical plans and partner cross-functionally to drive change.
• Deliver operational excellence and margin improvements.
• Identify growth opportunities, new markets and value propositions.
• Collaborate with Finance to develop budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Foster a client-centric culture and ensure market-leading service quality.
• Create and implement innovation in IT and digital solutions.
• Oversee succession planning and training requirements with L&D.
