Responsibilities

• Execute on strategic growth plans for Environmental Solutions.
• Lead with a people-centric approach around engagement, hiring, retention, and development.
• Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, communication, empowerment, reward, and coaching.
• Translate strategy into practical plans with cross-functional partnerships.
• Deliver operational excellence to maintain and grow margin through the team.
• Develop product development, value proposition, and identify new markets for growth.
• Collaborate with Finance to draft budgets and manage financial performance.
• Foster a client-centric culture and ensure best-in-market service and quality.
• Create and implement innovations in IT and digital solutions.
• Plan succession and training requirements with L&D.
