Envirogen is seeking a Managing Director for the UK & Europe to own the regional P&L, lead the leadership team across Sales, Service, Operations, Engineering and PMO, and drive growth across the UK and Europe. As we enter the next phase of growth across the UK and Europe, we are seeking an outstanding Managing Directorto take full ownership of the regional business.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will lead all commercial, operational, engineering, project management and service functions, with full P&L accountability and responsibility for delivering ambitious growth plans.

This is not a boardroom-only role. We’re looking for a hands‑on business leader who enjoys being close to customers, projects and people; someone who can drive strategy while also rolling up their sleeves to remove barriers, improve performance and accelerate growth.

About You

You are an experienced Managing Director, General Manager or Business Unit Leader with a track record of growing engineering, environmental, industrial or water-sector businesses.

You will bring:
