• Develop Value Proposition and explore new markets for growth.
• Work with Finance to draft budgets and own financial performance.
• Create a client-centric culture and ensure market-leading service delivery.
• Lead digital innovation and IT solutions to support business goals.
• Oversee succession planning and training requirements with L&D.
