Job summary

proviT LTD in Coleshill is seeking an Education Provision Lead to drive day-to-day provision operations and uphold high educational standards in a specialist setting. The role demands strong leadership, safeguarding expertise, and a commitment to improving outcomes for learners facing barriers to mainstream education.

You will lead safeguarding, curriculum implementation, and quality assurance while partnering with senior teams to shape provision culture and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in an educational setting or similar.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience managing staff performance and development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day provision operations with high standards.
• Line manage teaching and support staff.
• Drive behaviour, attendance and learner outcomes.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for the provision.
• Support curriculum implementation and quality assurance processes.
• Conduct learning walks, observations and operational reviews.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with schools and families.
• Lead restorative practices and learner interventions.
• Ensure safeguarding and compliance are maintained.
• Support staff development and professional growth.
