Job summary

Keyline Care Supported Living is creating a brand-new Ofsted-registered education provision and seeks an exceptional Head of Education to lead its development and ongoing success. You will drive strategic and operational leadership to deliver outstanding educational outcomes while ensuring compliance with Ofsted and independent school standards.

Based in Nottinghamshire, this full-time role offers a competitive salary and a flexible, leadership-driven environment where you can shape learning

Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or another recognised UK teaching qualification.
Leadership experience within an educational setting.
Experience working with children and young people with SEND, SEMH, behavioural needs and complex presentations.
Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the education provision.
Lead the provision through Ofsted registration, inspection and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement an engaging, inclusive and ambitious curriculum for learners.
Monitor teaching quality, learning outcomes and learner progress to ensure high standards.
Collaborate with Therapists, residential colleagues, families and external professionals to support learners.
Oversee safeguarding, attendance, behaviour and wellbeing across the provision.
