Job summary

Coleshill, Birmingham-based Education Provision Lead role offering a senior leadership trajectory within an alternative provision setting. Up to £55,000 per annum with potential increases for exceptional candidates, and full-time term time plus training days.

You will oversee day-to-day provision operations, embed high educational standards, and drive safeguarding culture while supporting learners and staff to thrive in a structured, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership within an educational setting or strong leadership ability.
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge and experience.
• Experience managing staff performance and professional development.
