Job summary

A.L.O.B. Ltd is seeking a Head of Ecommerce Operations to lead the operational engine for a growing £10m ecommerce business.

Based in Woking, this hybrid, full-time role gives you genuine ownership of forecasting, purchasing, supply chain, fulfilment and customer service. You'll drive AI, automation and data-driven improvements to reduce costs, improve stock availability and reporting, and to scale the business from £5m to £10m turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical-product ecommerce or multi-channel business.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end operations from forecasting to fulfilment.
• Strong data skills and KPI reporting.
• Experience with AI, automation, and systems integration.
• Track record of cost reduction and stock optimization.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory forecasting and replenishment.
• Manage international supply chain from overseas factories to UK fulfilment.
• Establish KPIs for fulfilment accuracy, OTIF, delivery, returns, and costs.
• Lead Customer Service improvements and root-cause analysis.
• Drive process automation and system improvements.
