You will own the online platforms and drive digital growth, working with marketing, product and leadership to improve the customer journey and scale online revenue.

This hands-on role focuses on conversion optimisation, merchandising and data-driven decision making, with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, operations and senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an ecommerce platform.
• Strong understanding of conversion optimisation and online trading.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimising the company’s ecommerce platforms (including WooCommerce).
• Improving the online customer journey and conversion rates.
• Driving online sales growth through merchandising, optimisation and campaigns.
• Working closely with marketing to align SEO, PPC and digital campaigns.
• Using analytics to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Managing product launches and onsite merchandising strategy.
• Collaborating with product, operations and leadership teams.
