Social Care 2 Recruit is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Domiciliary Care service in Bedford. You will oversee day-to-day operations and develop the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will ensure compliance with CQC regulations, manage care plans and safeguarding, and build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals to drive continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and safeguarding awareness

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the Domiciliary Care service
• Lead, support and develop the care team
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and care standards
• Manage care plans, assessments and quality assurance
• Oversee safeguarding, staff performance and service delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals
