Social Care 2 Recruit is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Domiciliary Care service in Bedford. You will oversee day-to-day operations and develop the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will ensure compliance with CQC regulations, manage care plans and safeguarding, and build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals to drive continuous service improvement.
