Social Care 2 Recruit seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service based in Leigh, Manchester. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality home care, and act as the CQC Registered Manager.

Qualifications

• Current or previous experience as a Registered Manager within a domiciliary care setting is essential.
• Proven track record of growing a domiciliary care business and increasing service capacity.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the domiciliary care service to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Act as the CQC Registered Manager with compliance to all regulations.
• Drive growth and expand service capacity and hours delivered.
• Build relationships with commissioners, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
• Lead and develop a team of care coordinators and care staff, ensuring quality person-centred care.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff; conduct supervisions and appraisals.
• Monitor budgets and resources to meet business targets.
• Ensure care plans and risk assessments are up-to-date and well documented.
• Lead CQC inspections and address any findings promptly.
