Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving the digital strategy and execution across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and the latest digital trends and technologies, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the Insignia Group of Companies.
  2. Create growth strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  3. Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaign performance, including ads and landing pages.
  4. Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality digital content across websites, social media, email campaigns, and other channels to engage the luxury consumer base.
  5. Manage and enhance the marketing CRM (Hubspot), utilizing segmentation for targeted messaging.
  6. Plan and execute digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  7. Utilize analytics and customer insights to inform decision-making, track KPIs, and measure ROI for digital activities.
  8. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and impact maximization.
  9. Collaborate with sales, lifestyle boutiques, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies.
  10. Coordinate with PR and partners to execute campaigns and drive ROI alongside sales.
  11. Manage relationships with external agencies for landing page A/B testing, website/analytics enhancements, and lead generation readiness.
  12. Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through digital channels.
  13. Stay informed of digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and the competitive landscape.
  14. Lead and mentor a small digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Professional Requirements:

  1. Business, marketing, or digital media degree or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience within the luxury sector is preferable.
  3. Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record.
  4. Proficiency in CMS, SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media management.
  5. Creative and strategic thinker with data analysis skills and a growth mindset.
  6. Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
  7. Expertise in A/B testing and performance optimisation.
  8. Understanding of luxury market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
  9. Experience in SME consumer marketing with a strong commercial outlook.
  10. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
